  2. Payment & Reservation details
    In order to complete a reservation, a small price is needed as a payment in advance. The price is equivalent to the percentage of 30% of the total value of the product which was selected before in the reservation. This price will be charged through the payment method provided during this reservation process. The rest of the amount must be paid at your arrival.
    In advance, if for any reason you are a bit late, all the reservations remain valid for 30 minutes after their declared time. After 45 minutes of no-show without contacting us, the reservation will be canceled and you will receive the email of the cancelation.

    For cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply, which is the amount that has already been charged for the reservation. While we value every reservation, also no-shows can have a significant impact on our business and prevent other guests from enjoying our Beach Bar. Therefore, guests who fail to show up for their reservation or cancel it, cannot get a refund.
